We will start by using our high pressured cleaning equipment to remove all the Moss and Lichen from your tiles, after the cleaning process is complete an industrial biocide is applied to the entire roof to kill any remaining spores left in the tiles.
We will then carry out a thorough inspection of the roof replacing all broken and damaged tiles where necessary and re-pointing the ridge tiles and any cracked render with a 2 part epoxy resin ensuring a permanent repair.
The final process is to apply 2 coats of our special weather coating to resurface the tiles and give you the appearance of a brand new roof for a fraction of the cost.
